The "Essential Mixology Course" is a series of classes designed to equip you with the fundamental knowledge and skills to create cocktails, focusing on core cocktail recipes, proper techniques, and the art of pairing fresh ingredients like fruits and herbs with different spirits, allowing you to confidently impress guests and clients with your newfound mixology abilities, even with limited prior experience.

  • Basic cocktail construction: understanding the essential components of a cocktail (base spirit, sweetener, acid, etc.) and how to balance flavors.
  • Mixing techniques: mastering techniques like shaking, stirring, muddling, and straining.
  • Common spirits and their profiles: gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila, and how their flavors differ.
  • Flavor pairing: exploring how to combine fresh fruits, herbs, spices, and bitters to create unique and complementary flavor combinations.
  • Classic cocktail recipes: Old Fashioned, Margarita, Manhattan, Daiquiri, and more.
