Registration

1. Wednesday, 9/8 4:30 - 6:30pm
Set up: Unload engine, tables, chairs (provided by Crowley's)
2. Thursday, 9/9 4:30-6:30
Set-up: Put up tents, pack swag bags and put up banners.
3. Friday, 9/10 7:00 - 10:00pm
Clean up cocktail hour, prep tables and set up for Saturday conference
4. Saturday, 9/11 Main Event, Shift 1: 7am - 1pm
Set up chairs, check in guests, guide attendees.
5. Saturday, 9/11 Main Event, Shift 2: 1pm - 8pm
Guide attendees, set up for cocktail hour, clean up.
5. Sunday, 9/12 8am - noon
Continue clean-up, pack up supplies, break down chairs, tents, tables, load Crowley's truck.

Get some volunteer hours in while networking with fellow members AND supporting an awesome event! The Jackson Park Yacht Club is hosting this year's Women's Sailing Conference and your assistance is needed to make this event a success and to make our club live up to it's reputation as the "Friendliest Harbor on the Lake."

While the conference is for women, all are invited to sign up as volunteers. There are several opportunities available between Wednesday, September 8th and Sunday, September 12th. Scroll through the list to see what best fits your schedule and interests and register for your preferred activities.
