Community Sail/Boat Night
6:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
No boat, No worries! Community Sail/Boat Night ensures that both Associate and Resident members have an opportunity to spend time together on the water. Join experienced fellow JPYC members on a casual hands on learning experience on the water. Resident boat owners volunteer their vessels and time each month to help teach new boaters and enrich your JPYC member experience. There are a limited number of spaces available, so register early.
Don't miss the boat! Arrive at 6:15 pm for a safety briefing, boat assignment and boarding. If you are late for the safety briefing, the skipper can request that you reschedule.
Cast off 6:45 pm
Return 8:30 pm
Mask Requirements
Mask requirements depend upon the Skipper’s preference. Passengers will be expected to bring their own mask just in case it is requested.
Other Requirements
While no prior experience is required, be prepared to learn and assist in the operation of the boat. Dress appropriately for the weather and for boating, including wearing appropriate footwear (i.e., wear rubber-bottomed, non-marking shoes, no heels or flip flops).
