Come learn how to sail at beautiful Jackson Park Yacht Club!
JPYC is offering Adult Keelboat Sailing courses. These classes provide both classroom and on-the-water instruction, providing the opportunity for adults to develop the skills and confidence necessary to enjoy the sport of sailing.
Classes are taught on a 39-foot keelboat that provides a stable, yet dynamic, platform for learning how to sail and on the water.
A minimum of 2 students per session is required to host the class. A maximum of 5-6 students per session.
Class Syllabus
Registration fees include (1) free brunch on Saturday morning during the class session.
Additionally, students interested in joining the yacht club will receive a 10% discount on yacht club initiation fees if they join within 30 days of completing their class.
If you miss any of the scheduled classes and need to make it up , it will be an additional $150.00 fee.
